Meetings
Gatsby and Daisy meet up again at Nicks house. Gatsby throws another party which Tom and Daisy attend where Tom meets Gatsby. He accuses Gatsby of being a bootlegger. -
Secret Love
Gatsby wins over Daisy and stops throwing his famous parties. Gatsby also lets off all his servants and maids. George Wilson also find out about Myrtle's affair, Although at first he does not know who it is with. -
Confrontations
Gatsby, Nick, and Jordan all go to New York for lunch with the Buchanans. Tom sees the passion Gatsby and Daisy have for each other. Tom confronts Gatsby about his affair with Daisy. Daisy denies his allegations and returns to Tom. This crushes Gatsby as he wanted to be with Daisy. -
Disaster
Daisy returns home with Gatsby in his yellow Rolls Royce. Daisy hits and kills Myrtle but keeps driving. Tom discovers the accident and tells George it was Gatsby's car. -
Conclusion
Daisy and Tom reconcile and leave Gatsby alone. George Wilson shoots Gatsby while he is lying in his pool, then kills himself. Nick can't find anyone that is attending his funeral besides his father. His father, Owl Eyes and his servants are the only ones who attend. Done with New York, Nick then returns to the Midwest. -
Dinner
Nick goes to a dinner party at Daisy and Tom's house. Nick and Tom go out and meet Myrtle. -
Truths
Gatsby and Nick to go New York where Gatsby tells Nick what he used to do in the past. Nick is also introduced to Meyer Wolfsheim, Gatsby's partner. Jordan Baker reveals love that Daisy and Gatsby secretly have for each other. Nick is asked to arranged a meeting between Daisy and Gatsby.
