Complete military seization of power. -
Disbandment
The senate and house are systematically disbanded, any who attempt to move against new government are imprisoned. -
Prosectorial purge
The various court and justice systems are gone through and any unloyal or immoral judges or prosecutors are stripped of power. Any resistors imprisoned. -
Cabinet and legistalors
New cabinet members and law writers are hand picked by the Aristocrat to serve in similar capacities to the current cabinet members and to write/reform laws. -
Justice Reform
A new hierarchy is defined with only a federal court system. County and state courts absorbed into this revised system. -
Review and revise
State laws are absorbed into the federal system and then eliminated from the states. Laws are reviewed prior to this and possibly just eliminated. Federal laws are all reviewed for revision or elimination.
