    It was created in England in 1215 and it stated that nobody is above the law, not even the King. The Magna Carta also guarantees rights to people and it guarantees a right to a fair trial. It influenced the rights of people and power of the government in the United States.

    It was a town settled by almost 100 people from the Virginia Company. It was the first permanent English Settlement in America.

    It was a set of rules made by the English settlers when they first arrived in America. It was created to provide a set of rules for self governance. It influenced some of the documents created by the United States Government.
