    To settle dispute, a discussion starts. Mindlessly arguing led no where. A group of citizens began to manage and direct the discussion. They organized the participants to hear all information and have order. Voting for decisions and came up with a compromise.

    Population grows, small dispute have been settle by discussions among citizens.
  • Democracy

    More and more people attend the discussions, became known as Assemblies. Elected members of a Board manages the assembly. Participants vote, A land-slide majority would be final decision. If votes are close, a compromise would be made.
