MY GOAL: Be able to play sports again before the beginning of January by going to physical therapy three times a week for the next four months and adding new activities to my workouts each week at home.

Be able to walk pain-free without my boot in my brace for an extended period of time. -
Walk without my brace.
Be able to walk without sufficient pain with no form of protection on my ankle. -
Be able to jog and bounce.
WITH a brace, have the ability to jog or do small jumps without pain. -
Be able to jump or sprint with a brace.
Be strong enough to jump or sprint at full speed with the protection of a ankle brace. -
Participate in physical activities without a brace.
Have the ability to do physical activities without the support and protection of an ankle brace. -
Play sports again!
Be strong enough to participate in all aspects of a volleyball game without pain.
