My own food choice is influenced mostly by Japanese and Italian cuisine because of my cultural background. At home, my mum cooks a variety of foods from a lot of cultures; Italian meals she cooks include pasta, pizza, minestrone and various sweets including cannoli. Japanese food she cooks regularly include sushi, fried rice, noodles and fried dumplings. Rice and miso soups usually accompany our dinner meals. We do not eat out much, however if we do we usually go to Italian, or Italian.
