Mother Teresa took her Final Procession of Vows to a life of poverty, chastity and obedience. -
September 10, 1946
Mother Teresa experience the "call within a call" which was her second calling and this transformed and changed her life forever. -

Mother Teresa received approval to pursue this new call. -
October, 1950
Mother Teresa won standard acknowledgment for another assembly, the the Missionaries of Charity, which she established with just a bunch of individuals—the majority of them previous teachers or students from St. Mary's School. -

Mother Teresa won the Padmashree Award from the President of India. -
February, 1965
Mother Teresa was prompted to begin expanding internationally with the Degree of Praise from Pope Paul VI. -
September 5, 1997
Mother Teresa died at age 87 after a pretty long period of ill-health. She died in Kolkata, India. It was a sad death, but people were not shocked. “Let it not be said that Mother Teresa died of heart failure,” he wrote. “It is far more accurate to say she had at long last given all her heart away.” Mother Teresa became a saint in 2016.
