Basically a revision of the North German Constitution insigated by Bismarck. The constitution says the confederation was headed by King of Prussia called German Emperor. He appointed Chancellor and so on. -

He was crowned in 88' later to dismiss Bismarck in 90'. He wanted to restore the old system of Monarchs. He also supported the armed forces. -
Bismarck resigns.
William II opposed everything Bismarck was so he forced him to resign and Bismarck went peacefully.
