Florida’s vote was so close, narrow 537 votes, state law demanded for a recount. The issue was “hanging chads” where physical paper ballots where a hole punch into the card was not complete and hanging. The problem was mainly in Palm Beach county, Florida elderly complained of a confusing ballot. -
