Russia became weak after the war and became very poor. The women were in line waiting for bread and were fed-up with the high princes and time waiting. So, they protested and eventually it spread throughout the country. -

In this revolution, there were many social organizations, armed organizations, and unarmed organizations. They were all fighting for independance in India. -
Egyptian revolution
A diverse movement with many protests, marches, riots, and plaza ocupacations. The people of Egypt wanted to get rid of their former president Hosni Mubarak. -
Cuban revolution
Fidel Castro threw over Americas ally Fulgencio Batista. Then, he caused a brutal revolution causing poverty and even turned upper and middle classes into exile, then turned regular cubans into peasants. -
Nicaraguan Revolutioan
Members of the middle class outruled the dictator, Then, there was abuses of power which lead to corruption. Then, the same guy that failed, Daniel Ortega, was re-elected in 2006. -
Iran Revolution
Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini takes over Iran, and caused many massive killings. He over threw America backed shah. He put in place the Islamic Regeme which lasted 32 years until 2009 there was a peaceful uprising. -
Lebanon, Cedar Revolution
This Revolution all started due to the assasination of Lebanon's former prime minister at Febuary 14, 2005. People began to get mad and blame the assasination on Syria. People eventually had all syrian troops withdraw from their country.
