The 21 year old major named George Washington leads about 40 men to present day Pittsburgh and builds a fort. But, then the partially built fort is captured by the French And Native Americans. The French then finish the partially built fort and name it
Ft. Duquence.

The Battle of Monongahela
The Battle of Monongahela also known as, Braddock's Defeat. Is a battle where the British were surprisingly attacked when they were marching towards Ft. Duquence. The British force was lead by General Edward Braddock. This war was a major defeat for the British. The French and Indian fought from behind the trees and gained on the British. The Battle of Ft. Oswego
The Battle of Ft. Oswego was a battle between the French and British. The French troops were lead by Montcalm. Montcalm gained the fort and 121 British cannons. Battle of La Belle-Famille
This was a battle where both the French and the British were ready for battle, the French were not "surprise attacked." This battle took place at the French fort Ft. Niagara. The British and their native american allies the Iroquois kept a close watch. The Battle at Quebec was a major turning point in the French & Indian War. This was one of the first battles that the French had lost. When the French lost they had to surrender and the British ended up gaining the capital of New France.
