  • Frank started dating Nancy

    Frank Sinatra and Nancy Rose Barbato in the summer of 1934. They dated for awhile and that next summer, Frank took Nancy to see his #1 idol, Bing Crosby
  • The Big Break

    Frank's big break came when he and a local trio called Three Flashes both auditioned for an appearance on a talk show. They got placed together and called them the Hoboken Four
  • Frank went home

    After being on tour for about a year and a half with the Hoboken Four, Frank left and went home.
  • Radio Star

    Franks cousin Ray Sinatra got Frank an audition for a 15 minute daily radio show broadcast. With this gig, Frank made 70 cents a week.
  • New job

    Frank started working at the Rustic Cabin, which is a roadhouse near Alpine New Jersey. Frank worked as a singing waiter who acted of a master of ceremonies.
  • Wedding!

    Frank married Nancy at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Jersey City.
