Washington's first command
Dinwiddie made Washington a lieutenant colonel. he then sent washington back to the ohio country with a militia. -
The Albany Plan of union
representatives from several colonies met in albany, new york. they wanted to find away to defend them selves from the french. They also hoped to persuade the iroquis to support the British.
