    Bethel High School v. Fraser
The first amendment, that includes free speech, also apply in schools? The Supreme Court ruled that school policy about speech, including prohibitions of some expressions, did not violate the first amendment. These has an impact in some students that don't agree with these decision as they defend they right of free speech in all places including schools. For me these rule represents the following values:
  • Miranda v. Arizona

    Miranda v. Arizona
Can police interrogated you without telling you your Miranda rights before? The Supreme Court ruled that police must communicate their Miranda rights to the suspect before interrogate him or her. But in consequence police presents their critics by saying that this decision will limit their ability to solve crimes, and a few years later the court had to deal with other issues as if people understand the meaning of these rights, for me this rule represents equally and liberty values.
  • Riley v. California

    Riley v. California
If you were arrested would be fair that police search your phone without a warrant? The Supreme Court ruled that to search a suspect phone and all it's digital information police need a warrant, these decision cause many critics by some police officers that sustain that if they don't search inmediatly the phone of the suspects the data can be encrypted, also there were many crtics of people that defend their rights of the fourth amendment. For me these right represents an equality value.
