-4:17 p.m EDT-6;17 P.M. EDT: Armstrong and Aldrin checked all of Columbia's (Command Service Module) systems, configured "Eagle" (Lunar Module) for a stay on the moon, and ate.
-11:56 p.m. EDT: Neil Armstrong exclaims, "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."
-1:54 p.m. EDT (07/21/1969): Lunar module left the moon and returned to the Columbia .

Eagle Plunges Into the Pacific Ocean
