Introduces characters and setting. Characters: Dory, Dory's parents, Marlin, Nemo. Later intro duces new characters.

Dory gets lost
It doesn't tell you how yet, but Dory gets lost away from her family and this introduces the conflict of the story and then it is where she is looking for her parents and finds Marlin chasing the boat that took his son Nemo. One year later and Dory is their friend living next to them. -
Rising action
Dory starts to remember her parents and goes to the open ocean trying to find them and she also remembered their names as well Jenny and Charlie -
Next part of the rising action
Now she gets to the Jewel Bay of California and gets separated from Marlin and meets Hank and they have their plan for Dory to get to the ocean and then she meets her old pipe pal Destiny -

Dory now has to find a way to get to the open ocean exhibit to find her parents while Marlin and Nemo are still trying to find Dory and the bird Becky is going to fly them in a bucket to get into the zoo exhibit place which is the Jewel Bye of California -

Dory makes a plan with Destiny and Hank that she either needs to go through the pipes to get to the open ocean exhibit or follow the signs on land to get there with hank while Marlin and Nemo are stuck in a tank that Becky dropped them in -
Next
Marlin and Nemo now get out of the tank by hopping on waterspouts to get into the tide pool and start talking to an annoying clam who hasn't seen anyone in year. Meanwhile Dory and Hank take a wrong turn and end up inside in the kid zone. While Dory and Hank are in the kid zone, they see the open ocean exhibit and now they now just have to figure out how to get there from the kid zone -
Next
Next Hank and Dory find a way to get to the open ocean exhibit by climbing up the walls, decorations, and pipes to get to the top and Hank and Dory say goodbye and Hank drops her into the open ocean exhibit -
Amazing next part
Now Dory swims down and follows the shells to her old home where she remembers how she got lost. She got lost by the undertow sucking her into the pipes. But then she talks to some crabs and has to go in the pipes and uses the pipes to talk to Destiny so Franklin and Destiny can direct her, and she finds Marlin and Nemo in the pipes and then Destiny and Franklin direct them out of the pipes. -
Next
Dory gets to quarantine to find her parents but finds out they might be gone forever. Nemo and Marlin accidently get taken to the Cleavland truck to go to Cleavland and Hank and Dory aren't with them Dory gets lost into the pipes and went into the ocean where she is asking other fish to help her, but she has no luck -
Climax Part !
Dory swims down to the sea floor and sees shells that she tarts to follow. She follows them and follows them and then she finds a small pipe with shells all around it but now body is home until she turns around. When she turns around, she can't believe what she sees she sees her parents. Now she reunites with her parents. But then she remembers Nemo and Marlin and goes to search for them with her parents. -
Falling action
Now Dory and her parents are outside and call Destiny and Fraklin to jump over the walls so that Destiny can use her tail to fling Dory on the street with otters that are cute and make people and the truck all stop. Dory gets to the truck to get Marlin and Nemo. Marlin now calls Becky to come get them and she does, but she forgets Dory on the truck which leaves and keeps driving. Then though Dory and Hank get out by climbing up to the top of the truck through the emergency exit. -
Resolution
Now Hank stops the truck and takes over the truck with Dory and starts driving it they go into a roundabout and Dory remembers which way is back so they go back but then the police is waiting for them, so they have to do something a little bit crazy and they drive of the road into the trees and off the cliff into the water where they are now all together and all of the other fish get released as well. Now the story ends in a happy little ending.
