This Supreme court case talked about how the Constitution was not being followed because of segrgated schools. The Black schools weren't equal to the White school which goes against the Constitution. -
Sputnik launched
This advent was not only important in the world but also highly impacted education. During this time most education was based more on litirature and the arts but Spotnik made people have more of a care of science and math and that now science and math are more important that liturature and the arts. -

Ruby Bridges was the first African American to go to white school in the South. When Ruby went to the school she was six years old. -
No Child Left Behind
This act helped people with foreigners who were just learning the language and people with learning disabilities. This helped these kind of people because it let them have an equal education who didn't have these problems.
