    The Kinetoscope Peephole was invented by Thomas Edision. It could only be watched by one person looking through the hole to see the film. Thomas Edison espesially desighned it this way so he could earn more money than having a projector.

    The first narritive film being The Great Train Robbery in 1903 which was directed by Edwin Porter an employee of Thomas Edison.This movie was a silent short western film which was an epic at that time being 12 minutes long when most films where roughly 30-60 seconds.

    Nickelodeons where established in 1905 by Harry Davis in Pittsbough which became very popular this led to an great expand of Nickelodeons across America by 1910. Nickelodean usuallly lasted 15 minutes. They also costed five cents and that how they got there name from nickel.

    Thomas Edison created MPPC which owned all the film industries and if you where and independent film maker who would mostly get all your equipment broken including your actors to prevent you from making fils again with out being in the MPPC.

    The Wizard and Oz was not quite the first colored film but it was one that was the first full length colored film. It was filmed with technicolor and was a musical fantasy film. It was also MGMS most expensive film of that time costing $2,777,000.

    The first full length computer animated film was Toy Story produced by Disney Pixar. First Disney Pixar produced short computer animated films but this was the first full length film using just computer animation.
