The Blockbuster Era
In the summer of 1975, the movie "Jaws" was considered the first blockbuster movie ever. Since Jaws was a big success in the summer other movies started doing the same. Stars Wars and Alien are some example of other blockbuster movies in that era. -
CGI
In the 80's and 90's films started to use CGI (computer generated images) in films. The first full length CGI movie ever made was "Toy Story". After that, many movies started using more and more CGI. -
Now
Films now are full of CGI. There are even a lot of movies that are getting blockbuster hits. Movies nowadays are way different to when they first started
