This gave Germany permission to take Sudetenland as a territory in Germany but was broken ten days later and gave the nations involved reason to be angry with Germany and gave them more land and men. -

The Germans were defeated and kept out of Britain. This gave GB the push it needed and it kept the Germans at bay. -

The Japanese won easily and gained land in Northen Veitnam and making them look like strong allies for Germany and its allies. -

This allowed the U.S. to supply its allies with war supplies and become properly defensible against Germany and giving them the war supplies they desperately needed. -
The Atlantic Charter
It defended the Allie's goals for post-war WWII and effected the Declaration by United Nations as to what to do after WWII. -
Japan attacks Pearl Harbor
This made the U.S. furious and dragged them into the war they'd be struggling to stay out of and forced them to defend their country and eventually take down Japan and put them in their place.
