Woodstock
Woodstock congregó a 400.500 espectadores aunque 500.000 dicen haber estado allí. La organización esperaba 60.000 mientras que el número de personas que calculó la policía de Nueva York era 6.000, y se estima que 250.000 no pudieron llegar. La entrada costaba 18 dólares para los 3 días. Woodstock se convirtió en el icono de una generación de estadounidenses hastiada de las guerras y que pregonaba la paz y el amor como forma de vida y mostraban su rechazo al sistema. -
