Parkes I dea
Parkes’ idea was discussed at a meeting and it was agreed that they should establish a council that includes all colonies plus Fiji and New Zealand. They would meet once every two years to discuss defence and trade. The council would be called “Federal Australasian Council” -
The Colonies
