Rich Webster Killed
Del Packard turns on SNR.wav and makes it play indefinatly. He goes to Richard Webster's suite in the middle of the think tank. He sees Webster is asleep and, mindful of fingerprints, puts on work gloves. Packard grabs a mouse cord and strangles Webster. -
Files for Rosebud are stolen
The main computer banks that contain all of Rosebud's information are hacked into by a team comprised of Justin Coder, Rita Wright, and Hugh Gottmale. The computer in Webster's office and the main computer bank were wiped clean of information. -
Investigation Day 1 (cont.)
Triazolam was also found in Webster's bloodstream. The amounts found would not cause death, but with the alcohol would cause unconsciousness for several hours. A plaque was found saying that Dee Leeter won an arm werstling championship. -
Investigation Day 1
Several interrogation transcripts are taken from each of the six suspects. The one wtih Del Packard is of special interest. He says that he heard Justin Coder, Rita Wright, and Hugh Gottmale talking about stealing the program. HT Amal says he heard Del Packard snoring the night webster was killed. A pair of work gloves were found under Rich Webster's bed. Alcohol was found in his bloodstream. THe amount found relates to about 1 - 3 drinks in the last 2 hours of his life. (continued) -
Investigation Day 2
Webster's coffee cup is found to have Rita Wright's fingerprints on it. It also contains triazolam with is a sleeping aid. She declined answering about it when an investigator asked her. Hugh Gottmale couldn't have killed Webster because he has carpal tunnel syndrome, so he has trouble doing anything with strenous activity. In a taped memo to himself, Webster says that he wants to fire a cousin of his. He starts going unconscious at 2:35 am. -
Investigation Day 3
An IC chip was found in Rita's laptop. The chip would have taken an expert over 10 minutes to install. A doctor's note was also received today stating that Hugh Gottmale does in fact have carpal tunnel syndrome. Hugh Gottmale, Justin Coder, and Rita Wright admit to having stole the program, rosebud. Justin Coder said that the program was a subliminal mind control program. Del Packard says that he had a pair of work gloves when he went in, but didn't have tham when he went out of the Think Tank. -
Investigation Day 4
In the Think Tank, no one but Justin Coder knew what the program did. When speaking with Dee Leeter, she says that Del Packard hasn't been playing with .wav files recently. A computer printout of save times from HT Amal's computer shows that he saved a file at a maximum of 5 minutes apart during the time the murder could have occured. A computer printout from Del Packard's computer shows that he used a file called SNR.wav. Perhaps it was actually snore. -
Del Packard Arrested
Del Packard was arrested today. Trial date set for the 2nd of June. -
Del Packard
Del Packard was convicted of First-Degree Muder and will serve jail for life.
