Thomas Kuhn Birth in 1922 - Early Education and Influences
Thomas Kuhn was born July 18th, 1922, his true academic life began with physics and slowly through his studies he began to move towards philosophy. He earned his P.H.D in physics from Harvard in 1949. He was heavily influenced by a physicist Percy Bridgman. This began his early interest into philosophy.

Restructing the Scientific Revolution
In December of 1962, He released his book "Structure of Scientific Revolutions" which introduced the idea of paradigm shifts, he argued that progress does not accor over gradual time but rather it spike due to circumstances.
