    Thomas Kuhn was born July 18th, 1922, his true academic life began with physics and slowly through his studies he began to move towards philosophy. He earned his P.H.D in physics from Harvard in 1949. He was heavily influenced by a physicist Percy Bridgman. This began his early interest into philosophy.
