Motorola DynaTAC 8000x
The first cell phone took about 10 hours to charge and offered about 60 minutes of talk time. The cost was close to $3,995. The Motorola DynaTAC 8000x had a LED diplay for dialing or to recal up to 30 numbers. It was 10 inches tall (not including the antenna).

When it was released, it was the smallest and lightest phone available. It was designed to fit in a phone pocket. The Motorola MicroTAC 9800x had an 8 character LED display that showed more than the Motorola DynaTAC. -

Samsung removed the antenna from moblie phones. It had a camera and a flip feature. Talk time was up to 6 hours based on the network. -

Apple realeases its first iPhone and iOS 1.1.1. Apple threatens the dethrone Nokia.

This phone also included the multi-touch gestures. This phone included access to the app store and can be used as a hotspot, sharing its internet connection. It can play movies, music and ebooks. It also included siri. -

This iPhone includes hotspot, fingerprint authentication, the app store and siri.
Nokia agrees to sell the whole company to Microsoft for 7. 18 billion dollars. -
iPhone 9s
This may include a solar-charging phone. This will also include Siri and hotspot. Another thing it will has is an un-breakable screen.
