    Lighter color suits became popular and tuxedos were a common evening wear.

    Men were wearing bold patterned/colored suits.

    Jackets became longer and looser. Suits could not have pocket flaps and were now sold without vests. The suits were looser fitting and the colors were brighter!

    Clothing became casual! Sports coats were common and shorts grow in popularity.
