    Link! britisharecoming Lexington and Concord was made up of two battles with the first at Concord where the British tried to capture John Hancock & Samuel Adams. Both men had been warned due to Paul Revere riding around warning everyone allowing the Rebels, minutemen, and others were prepared for battle at Lexington. The battle ended in the British retreating.

    Link notreallybunkerhill The battle of Bunker Hill didn't really take place at Bunker Hill. The American soldiers heard their commander wrong and went to Breed's Hill instead. They were closer and found by the British who attacked them due to laws. Although the Americans ended up losing and suffering a sufficiently great amount of causalties, they gained a big confidence boost from this battle.

This began as a plan by the British to isolate the New England colonies from other colonies to end the war. Their plain ended up being an oppurtunity that the Patriot's were waiting for. See 2

    The first battle was the battle of Freeman's Farm and in this battle the British group from Burgoyne's troop were trying to advance South, but then some colonists stopped them in their tracks and harrassed them. For every American lost, British lost two men.
    In the second battle, the British was determined to escape and caused them to lose almost all of their positions. Burgoyne's troop later retreated after their loss. Burgoyne went back to England and never got an order again.

It targeted threee main points. The first was that each state received one vote. The second being that the federal government the right to dispose of public lands in the west. Lastly, the apportionment of taxes was according the population.

    Link! winnerwinnerchickendinner This was the last major battle in the Revolutionary War. The American victory put an end to the war. In this battle, British General Cornwallis had weakened forces, so he headed up to Yorktown to get reinforcements. American forces continued after him while French ships surrounded the Bay of Yorktown. Cornwallis was forced to fight when no reinforcements were found. In the end, the American won.

Benjamin Franklin, John Adam, and John Jay signed this documented in Paris that will have Britain recognize America as a separate nation. In the treaty Britain agrees to remove all their current troops in America along with expanding the nation's borders. The Americans agreed to pay back any existing debts and to accept all loyalists.
