Eva is fighting for worker's rights, and she organizes a two week strike to force Arthur Birling to pay her and her coworks a fair wage. -
Eva is fired from Birling & Co.
The strike comes to an end and the workers don't gain a better wage. Even though all other workers were reinstated, Arthur couldn't forgive her, and fires Eva for daring to demand more money. -
Eva finds a job in Milwards
Eva finds a job in the clothing store Milwards, because there were short in staff, thanks to the influenza going around. -
Eva is fired from Milwards
Sheila Birling felt extremely jealous of Eva's good looks, so she complained about her and forced her boss to let Eva go. -
Eva changes her name to Daisy Renton.
After losing her second job, Eva is forced to find a different sort of life -
Eva/Daisy meets Gerald Croft.
Eva/Daisy is at the Palace Music Hall, where she is harrased by drunken patrons, and Gerald saves her. He puts her up in one of his friends' apartments and they soon start an affair. -
Gerald breaks up with Eva/Daisy
Gerald decides to end the affair. He feels guilty, so he gives her some money. She uses it to go on vacations to the beach, so she can think about their relationship and her life. -
Eva/Daisy meets Eric Birling
Eva/Daisy meets Eric at the Palace bar. They both get drunk and go to her lodgings. -
Eva/Daisy meets with Eric again
Eric finds her interesting and pretty, but he doesn't remember her name. He finds her and start an affair. -
Eva/Daisy is pregnant
Eva/Daisy tells Eric that she thinks she is pregnant, though soon after she decides she is. They are not in love, but he insists on giving her enough money to keep her going. He gives her the money by stealing from his dad's company -
Eva/Daisy goes to Sybil Birling's Charity for help
Eva/Daisy is alone and desperate, so she goes to Sybil Birling's charity, the Brumley Women's Organization, for help. Eva/Daisy tells Sybil that her name is Mrs. Birling. She can't ask the father of her child for any kind of help. Sybil Birling refuses to help her and kicks her out. She thinks Eva/Daisy was mocking her and that an unmarried woman had no right to any kind of help. -
Eva/Daisytakes her own life. An Inspector Calls
Eva takes her own life after all the misfortunes she has suffered at the hands of the Birlings and Gerald Croft. That same night, an Inspector goes to the Birlings' house and accuses them of having a hand on her death.
