    Caves of Lascaux- Analyze
    These paintings showed the type of lifestyle people had at the time. Showing that people lived a nomadic lifestyle by hunting and gathering. They lived as nomads by constantly moving to follow food, They left behind the paintings and some artifacts such as vases or tools. These artifacts usually had art on them also depicting something.

    Alexander The Great took over most of Greece with powerful armies. When he took areas over it brought them together under one rule and they did better then on their own. But when he died these areas fell apart.

    When Alexander was first given power he immedietly wanted to prove his worth so he started attacking other nations and winning. This meant the areas weren't at war with each other and could do more important things. By the time he died Alexander controlled a large empire which did very well until after his death where it fell apart.

    There were many crusades that went on because European nations wanted to go to the holy land (today's Isreal). They wanted to go to these areas for holy pilgrimages but could not due to this area being controlled by muslim rule, so they fought for it.

    The Europeans wanted to take over the holy controlled by muslim leaders. This meant a lot of battles which were relatively non successful for Europe. This was also a good way for military leaders to make money. These crusades ended with the sacking of Constantinople (1204).

    The advancements in science and art have affected Europe by shaping and influencing it's culture. This era also made it easier to step forward and learn more and more with people not concentrating on wars. This era helped to shape the whole world with scientific and art advancements with things such as art techniques, science that is proven, this meant people could learn more and more.

    The age of exploration occurred due to such great wealth of some nations that they wanted to expand. This meant nations could send people to search far places and those people could make more money.

    The age of exploration was a way for nations to extend there power to more and more land and make more and more money. They would send people such as Christopher Columbus to search new lands. This meant they could bring new things to their area and send new things to the places they explored which has shaped our world to this day. It also meant kings or rulers were given even more power with success.

    The renaissance era was a time of great learning with advancements in art, science, and trading/politics. This era was so productive do the the huge population drop from the plaque which left less people to work. Less people working meant people who did work made money. and could have better lives.

    World War 1 was one of the biggest conflicts of all time. There was fighting between the central powers (Germany, Turkey, Bulgaria, and the Austro Hungarian Empire.) and the allies (Serbia, Russia, France, the United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium and the United States).

    World War 1 definitely impacted warfare as a whole with advancements in weapons such as machine guns becoming widely used and the introduction of tanks and planes. This also impacted warfare by making it realized that old methods didn't work with the newer weapons. This war also introduced chemical warfare which is now banned but killed a lot of people at this time. This war impacted Germany a lot by making them give up land and lots of money.

    World War 2 was another big war that started when Nazi Germany invaded Poland in 1939. This war lasted 6 years in all but the US was only in it for 4.

    World War 2- analyze
    World War 2 was fought after Nazi Germany invaded Poland and started killing Jewish people. They blamed Jews for their losses in World War 1 so Adolf Hitler and Germany's government started killing them. The united States was not part of the war until Japan lead an attack on Pearl Harbor which meant the US joined the allies. The war ended when the allies infiltrated Berlin and Hitler killed himself, thus ending the war and Germany having to pay for it again.

    The cold war was the war between the communist Soviet Union and democratic United States. There was never a shot fired between the 2 countries directly. But there was fighting through the allies of these countries.

    The main point of this war was a fight between communism and democracy. There was fighting such as the 2 Indochina Wars. The major fear of both sides was nuclear warfare which could end everything for everyone. Communism did spread to ares such as east Germany and North Korea. The US and its allies fought to keep it from spreading.
