Ernest was born on November 16th, 1901 in Nove Mesto, Bohemia. His upbringings were Jewish, by the time Ernest was 10 he immgrated to the United States and became a U.S Citizen. -
"An Introduction to Logic and the Scientific Method"
In 1934 Ernest wrote “An Introduction to Logic and the Scientific Method”, it was a small book explication incompleteness theorem. Ernest did not complete this small book alone, he worked on the explication with his professor, Morris Raphael Cohen. -
"The Structure of Science"
In 1961, Ernest published "The Structure of Science". His worked marked the inception if analytical philosophy of science. He varied forms of explanation across different sicuplanes. -
American Philosophical
Ernest was elected to be part of the American Philosophical Society in 1963 -
Committee of Skeptical
Ernest was skeptical of everything, because Ernest was an atheist and at the time a lot of the beliefs were religion based. Ernest became one of the first sponsors of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry in 1976. This committee inducted him for their “Pantheon of Skeptics”. -
American Academy of Arts and Science
Ernest was also elected to be part of American Academy of Arts and Science in 1981 -
