    Emily's Emotional Development with Her Caregivers: Trust versus Mistrust
    Emily (age 3) is loved and cared by her parents. She is fully attached to them and she feels safe and secured when she is within her environment. She plays well when her parents are around them (trust). When Emily is surrounded by unknown people or when she is left alone with people she doesn't know, she cries and have a mild seizure until her caregivers come back (mistrust).

    Emily's Marriage with Her Love, Joshua: Intimacy versus Isolation
    Emily (age 28) decides to marry Joshua because she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him and dream the future together. As the days went by, they became more closer to each other and identical to each other (intimacy). During their marriage, they also had conflicts and had disagreements. She felt alone when her husband, Joshua, became different than they days back when they dated. She became tired when Joshua left house often and wasn't there when she really need help.

    Emily's Family: Generativity versus Stagnation
    Emily (age 36) became a parent to a son and a daughter. She was getting improved and skilled at her work and at the same time, she tried to be a best mom to her children. She worked hard to maintain her household and cared her children with love and support (generativity). As she raised her kids, she slowly lost her identity and narrowed interest in her self. Her children was the top priority and she always thought of her kids first when making decision (stagnation).
