Due to his failures in high school he was put on academic probation. Which lead him into the American Army.

Was assigned a camp share in Montgomery, Alabama. Where he met Zelda Sayre, the youngest daughter of a Alabama Supreme Court judge.

Zelda broke up with Fitzgerald because she can’t live off of his small salary.

He quit his job and moved back to Saint Paul to re write his first novel. Which is called This Side of Paradise and was accepted by Editor Mac Liperkins.

At the end of 1919 Fitzgerald officially commits to the Mass circulation post.

Soon after This Side of Paradise was published Zelda and Fitzgerald got married in New York.

The Fitzgerald’s moved back to New York and he wrote his second novel called a the Beautiful And Damned.

Zelda Fitzgerald got pregnant a year after they got married.

Francis Fitzgerald is Zelda and F Scott Fitzgerald’s only child. He was born in 1921.
