It is a code established under Napoleon. It was a fresh. start for Napoleon when he came to having power. It was a fresh start for Napoleon but it was first called "Civil Code of the French" but then renamed "Napoleonic Code" . -
Congress of Vienna
It was a meeting of ambassadors of European chaired by Austrian. They where convened by the four European powers that had defeated Napoleon. They wanted to balance power in Europe.
