    I will be talking about the ethnicities, languages, and religions during antiquity. Some of the ethnicities include: *HAN CHINESE(largest ethnic group in china about 92% of the mainland speak it.) ,​ Some languages that were spoken in china during the antiquity include; *OLD CHINESE (also called archaic), *SINITIC (language of the SINO-TIBETAN language family). Lastly, the religions in China include; *ANCESTOR WORSHIP (ancestors that are still worshiped), *SHAMANISM (a religion)

    BUDDHISTS IMPACTED CHINA

    Buddhists exposed China to new thoughts, this led to promoting development of Chinese languages, arts, ethnics, etc. Human and financial resources were expended to the establishment of great art pieces. Buddhism exposed China to a different way of thinking.

    MUSLIMS IMPACTED CHINA

    Arabs exposed China to religon because they were there trading in 960 CE. They also encouraged trade by the development of the *MARITIME SILK ROADS (Ancient trade route).This Impacted the ethnicities because *MUSLIMS (People who believe in *ISLAM) moved there.

    Some ethnicities include *ZHUANG (2nd ranked ethnic),and *HUI.(3rd ranked ethnic) The languages that are spoken today are *STANDARD CHINESE (also known as Mandarin), *MIN CHINESE (Type of chinese spoken by many people). Lastly,the religions in China today that still have an impact include Buddhism (buddhism started in india but it has a long history in China today), and *CONFUCIANISM (Chinese belief system). Today, there are about 25 million Muslims that are scattered around China today.
