    This is a court case that argues the search rights of a student. TLO was a student that was caught smoking and the vice principal then searched her purse for more contraband and found rolling paper, marijuana, and an idea card with a list of names of people who owed her money. She argued that the search was illegal due to the fourth amendment. But the Supreme Court ruled against her saying the search was legal.
