My education experience started at McKell Elementary where my mother has taught for 22 years. This school is where I developed my love for reading.

This was a very special trip, and something I will remember for the rest of my life. I think that seeing all the monuments and taking a tour of the Capitol was something that all Americans should experience.

One event that is very special to me was getting my miniature schnauzer as a present for my birthday. Her name is Gilly and she is so adorable. She has definitely brought joy into my life!

I graduated from Greenup County High School in 2015. I graduated with honors with highest distinction, and accepted the Presidential Scholarship from Shawnee State University shortly after.

I continue my journey toward my degree in Early Childhood Education by enrolling in EDRE 2204. I hope to learn several things in this course. I hope to learn techniques to help children with rhyming and reading efficiently. I think that teaching children how to read is one of the most important tasks that children must grasp to succeed.
