In 2017, Eddie was awarded with Australian of the year Local Hero award. this ended up being a significant in Eddie'slife, partially the reason why he rose to fame. -

As of 2018 Eddie reached a teaching milestone, since 2007 Eddie had been teaching for 11 years. -

On the 25th of September Eddie's first book was published; Woo's Wonderful World Of Maths. -

In September 2019, Eddie became a fellow of the Royal Society of New South Wales. -

On the 28th of June 2022, Eddie published both Time Out and Team Trouble. Time Out contains 192 pages whilst Team Trouble contains 204.
