In February 2010 Ed posted a video on YouTube that got hugely noticed. It was the original recording of his song 'You need me, I don't need you' It got so well known the rapper Example asked Ed to tour wiht him. -

On 8 January 2011, Sheeran released his final independent EP, No. 5 Collaborations Project featuring grime artists including Wiley, JME, Devlin, Sway and Ghetts -
