This nearly caused the U.S. to experience another depression like the Great Depression. This is apart of the savings category because people put all their savings into their houses and then lost it. ObamaCare is a US healthcare reform law. It expands and improves access to care. Its main focus is on providing more Americans with access to affordable health insurance, improving the quality of health care and health insurance, regulating the health insurance industry, and reducing health care spending in the US. Obamacare is a fiscal policy. This is under the budget category because the act decreases spending through regulations and taxes.

Leadership- Government shut down
The U.S. government shutdown from October 1st-16th, 2013 because the legislature didn’t have appropriate funds or good leadership to find a resolution. The Government shutdown because the Senate declined to pass the bill with measures to delay Obamacare.
