Lucy goes to a rally and meets a boy named Josh, they fell in love.

2 months after meeting, Josh and Lucy, get married.

Lucy and Josh have a new baby girl, they name her Molly.

Thousands of people try to cross the Mexico-American border. Police start firing into the crowd.

Lucy and her family move to New York City. They pass through a totally dry Lake Mead. Then they traveled through Arizona. At a point in the trip a man almost shot Molly, but a police saved her. Eventually they arrive in New York City.

In the winter of 2050, Lucys parents get sick, and they die.

Molly gets married and has a baby. Molly and her family move away from her parents.

Josh is an engineer, and works on a project with barriers that are supposed to keep the sea out of the city.

Climate goes up drastically.

They sprayed gas into the air to temporarily cool the climate.

A strom comes through, and one of the barriers gates wont close. Josh goes out to manually fix the gate. Water floods the city, and Josh dies on the storm.

Sea level goes up 6 feet more than before.

Sickness spreads and tons of people die. This sickness turns into a pandemic, and population keeps decreasing rapidly. Eventually all communication and data bases go dead.

The population goes down to 3.1 billion.
