Tebow and the Broncos went into the playoffs at 8-8 as underdogs against the favored-Steelers. Tebow threw for 316 yards and two touchdowns, including an 80-yard touchdown toss to Demaryius Thomas in ovetime to win the game 29-23. Tebow is traded to New York
During the 2012 offseason, Tebow was traded to the Jets who had a quarterback in Mark Sanchez who was a questionable starter. New Yorkers called for Sanchez to be pulled as a starter and to put Tebow in. Despite this, Jets coach, Rex Ryan, kept Sanche as the starter and seldomly used Tebow.
