I was on a hip hop team from 2010-2013, along with a tumbling crew, My team and I won several titles, including winning national champions (in our age group) in 2012 against 20 other teams -
A new girl moved into my neighborhood, and it was her birthday the saturday before the first day of fifth grade and all of the girls in our grade were invited so her party but as a child I hated large groups of people so I met her and then I made my mom take me home but now almost 10 years later we talk every single day despite going to school 6 hours away from each other -
The day my grandfather passed away will always be the worst day of my life but it was a blessing in disguise because he has inspired me everyday since to be my best self and has led my to my future career of being a history teacher just like he was -
I never thought I would make it through high school, but luckily I did and graduated happily in 2022 -
I attended Hinds Community College and on the first day I illegally parked on the wrong side of campus of my classes because I had no idea where anything was.

So originally I was going to attend the University of Southern Mississippi but I had a falling out with my only friend who I was going to know there and was telling my friend who goes to Ole Miss about it and she was like "come visit for the weekend" and I instantly fell in love with Oxford. So I went home and filled out an application and obvi I got in! -
After I transferred to Ole Miss, my childhood dog passed away and in a bout of sadness I adopted my puppy Hercules... out of the backseat of some girl's car... for free -
I signed up for EDAV 427 for my, then, minor in education and went to my first day of fall semester where I met Dr. Avent and learned that this class was just what I needed to perfect my technological knowledge
