Haraway completed her time at 1yale with a Ph.D. in biology and wrote a dissertation titled The Search for Organizing Relations: An Organismic Paradigm in Twentieth-Century Developmental Biology. Situated Knowledges

In this thesis,Haraway wanted to expose the myth of sceintific objectivity. "Situated Knowledges" is defined as a means of understanding that all knowledge comes from positional perspectives.
