This opened up the YouTube to creators like Joe Rogan and Ted Talks. From this we saw a surge of independent political commentary content that has cause a dip in traditional news viewership. -

The #icantbreath hashtag has risen to the public eye again after the death of George Floyd. It has helped keep the movement going for police reform throughout the United States.
