My first phone
I got my first phone on my tenth birthday from my family. The phone I got was a sony ericsson W8 10 I. On this phone I was able to socialise with my friends and family. I could make calls, texts and play snake. Since then ive have had a new phone roughly every two years. -
First laptop
I got my first dell laptop for my christmas. initally i used my laptop to play games such as roller coaster tycoon, I also ordered clothes and watched movies. . -
Discovered social network
I then created an msn account where i could message my friends regularly. This later developed to me creating a facebook, twitter and instagram account. On these sites I regularly update my pictures and statuses. -
microsoft word
I began using microsoft word to complete essays for secondary school. Later on I used word to write CV's which I handed in to potential employers. -
Using a till
I got my first job as a waitress, part of this job involved me learning to use a till to send through food orders and to pay off bills at the end of the night. -
Searching for universities
I began using the internet more often to search different universities and courses which i was interested in. I also used the internet to apply for the top five universitys of my choice, then refreshed the ucas page continuously to see if I was accepted. -
Online journals/articals
I used the internet to aceess the online articles via the library website. it was free for me to read many of the articles and meant i could read them without leaving my flat.
