    Mussolini’s and the Italian fascist party marched troops marched around Rome to try and seize power without going in. Rome sent no troops to fight and gave power to the fascist party and Italian leader Mussolini’s fascist government.

    Stalin arose to power after Vladimir Lenin died in 1924. He was dictator of the Solviet Union until his death in 1952.

    Adolf Hitler the future leader of the Nazis and the reason the Holocaust happened in WW2, wrote a book years before he did all of that about his early hatred for Jews. He wrote this book while in prison and wrote about fighting in the war, childhood, and antisemitism.

Tension about power between the SA and Nazi leadership was very tight, Hitler and his Nazi leaders met with them and arested and killed many of Sa leaders without trial. The purpose was to show how the Nazis had absolute and total power over Germany.

    The Nuremburb laws were rasist and antisemetic laws made by the Germans in 1935. There were two main laws called, The Reich Citizenship Law, this law meant jews were a separate race from the Germans and had no political rights, only racially pure Germans had those. The Law for the Protection of German Blood and German Honor, this law banned all future Jewish people from marrying or having relationships with Germans or people with German related blood.

    The once independent country Ethiopia was soon ambushed and attacked by the Italian army. The Ethiopian army was very unequipped, unprepared, and very untrained for what the Italian army brought to them and captured them.

During his dictatorship there was a time named the Great Terror, It was named this due to people living in fear of his dictatorship. Stallion started a purge that killed around 1 million people, thousands were executed. All of this was blamed on the murder of Sergey Kirov. The purge ended in March 1938

    The spanish civil war lasted around 3 years and it was the Republicans and the Nationalist fighting each other. Generals Emilio Mola and Francisco Franco tried to create a movement to overthrow the elected republicans, this caused the republicans to fight back and start war. In the end the Nationalists won the war.

    Kristallnacht or better known as, "The night of broken glass". This event lasted over a day where Germans went through the streets of Germany and destroyed synagogs, homes, and bussniess owned by jewish residents. Many were arrested and killed for just being Jewish. The name Kristallnacht comes from the shards of broken glass on the streets
