Beggining of a diary

Jun 14, 1942

Anne Frank starts her diary. She talks about that on June 12, it was her birthday. She was given Camera Obscura, a party game, lots of sweets, chocolates, a puzzle, a brooch, Tales and legends of the Netherlands, Daisy's mountain Holiday, and some money. Duing recess, she gave everyone sweet biscuits.

After a party

Jun 15, 1942

Anne talks about her birthday and their lots of boys and girls.
Her mom thinks that later, she will marry Peter Wessel.
She has now a new best friend in secondary school.

Sevastopol Resists

Jun 16, 1942

The German tried to take control of a Soviet city, but they were pushed back by the 180 000 soldiers. Russian soldiers are held up in the city.
Manstein wants another assault on sevastopol on June 17.

Tobruk and nuk3 weapons

Manhattan Project is started, the beginning of a scientific progress to nuclear weapons. More destruction for the americans in the war!
The siege of Tobruk intensifies, some defending troops are pulled back to Egypt. It is surrounded by German forces. The defense of this city dies slowly.

German's attack

Jun 18, 1942

At Sevastopol, Germans have control of most of the ground North of Severnaya Bay, but the Soviets have still powerful forts.
German 132nd infantry division attack Coastal Battery on the black sea coast, using flamethrowers to clear out trenches and bunkers by the end of the day.
500 miles from Newfoundland, torpedoes were launched and made 4 kills, 51 survivors damaging American Seattle Spirit SS

Operation Pastorius failed and death of Tobruk

Jun 20, 1942

German saboteurs were catched trying to sabotage something. 3 of them were captured and 1 died trying to escape.
New york FBI stopped them when they noticed the saboteurs were in the country.
Tobruk first line of defense is broken, and many bombs were dropped in the city, many.

School stress

Her class is trembling because the teacher's meeting will be held soon.
She judges a little bit her classmates.
She says that her teachers respect her but sometimes she chatters much in Mr.Keptor's class.

Air Bomb

Jun 22, 1942

In the night, The Royal Air Force sends 227 aircrafts.
They destroyed 50 homes, killing only 6 people and injured 40.
Their mission is to bomb Emden, Germany.
German anti-air craft infantry destroyed 6 planes.

Harry and this day

Jun 24, 1942

She talks about how hot it is this day.
She went to the dentist.
She tells her wish that she didn't have to go to school.
She met a guy named Harry.
