First Marathon workout
Today I made my first workout for Marató de Barcelona.
I ran 60' non stop. My heart beats at the beginning it was 100ppm and I finished at 155ppm. -

Today it's the second workout for Marató de Barcelona.
It was a sunny day and I enjoyed so much.
My HRM it wasn't work, so I couldn't take my heart beats. -

I made a hard workout at the morning. I ran two minutes at 3'40'' (ten repetitions) and 1'30'' time recover -

I ran 24km with David, a friend of mine. We started at 8.00. We finished death exhausted!
