Another advantage of POTS is that the carrier (provider) provides the power so that if the end user (the customer) loses power, due to a storm or other reason, the phone system is available as long as the lines are connected. This is because POTS phone companies are required to have generators in their Central Offices. And The disadvantages are that it has to stay at home on a desk. -

Now the second mobile phone has came out. The Nokia is the way better than the telephones in the past they can actually be brought around places but they aren't water resistance. -
Angler
The Angler is one of the first smartphone that has been invented. the bad part about this phone is that it is very old and it doesn't have that much battery like how the newer ones do now. -
Apple iPhone 3G
Pros: Inexpensive (but tied to a contract in many countries).
Cons: Battery life may be insufficient for heavy users.
