Human Rights in the 1870's
Human rights in the 1870's were pretty much non existent, the only people who would have had rights were the rich. There was no police enforcement, so anyone could do anything. -
Human Rights in the 1970's
Human Rights in the 1970's were terrible in South Africa, Women would be treated horribly, they would be raped, abused and more. But they could not report it, because they were known as property to their husband, so the women had no rights. Children would have to do anything they were told to do. They would have to do manual labour even when they were tired and hungry, they would get beat if they didn't do what they were told, and they didn't have anyone to help them -
Human Rights in 2020
Human rights have changed alot over the years, now rights are better then ever, obviously there are still the small things that need fixing, like women getting paid less then men for the same job. But at the moment children have many rights and can no longer be abused or beat, women are no longer property to men and can report abuse and other things like rape
